Just announced the release for April 13th will be 2 acoustic sets from Warfield 1980. It is also being released on cd. Not sure how widely available the cd version will be, maybe more info to come. Exciting for me, I'm in the planning phase of redecorating my living room, including my HiFi / TV corner, and I'm thinking of getting my record player out of the garage, where it's been for years with a broken needle in need of replacing. Should be able to find the needle and get this hooked up if I choose to. That would be a good choice for me for a new LP, I got Dead Reckoning as a CD when I first started buying CDs. I was exclusively buying cassettes for many years up to that point. By the way, my first LP was Boston, which I got new as a 10 year old in New Hampshire when that first album came out in '75.

I corrected the date in my post to 13th of April..

I love the RSD releases mainly for the art and who doesn't want more dead vinyl! But my question is how is this release any different then Reckoning? Most of the acoustic sets in 1980 were very similar, with a few rarities, so I kinda wish this was something slightly more exciting but the acoustic dead is always gold. I love listening to Dead on vinyl, just played my Live/Dead for the 50th anniversary of that quintessential Dark Star
